The Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) believes that EVERY WORKER NEEDS A UNION!
Whether you are employed in a call centre, a factory or a retail shop, a taxi or delivery driver, a cleaner, a hospitality or care worker, if you have a boss or a manager: then you need the protection and solidarity of a union to defend your rights at work.
A union is a group of workers who have come together to support one another and to protect their rights at work, as well as their pay and working conditions.

The IWW is a union run by and for workers alone. We are not a service union that offers insurance or discounts in shops and whose day-to-day practices are nothing short of being anti-union and anti-worker. We also do not make donations to political parties.
As an independent union we work collectively to support and train each other in how best we can fight back. We help each other to organise effectively at work and to learn how to defend each other and our rights from managers and bosses who make workers lives hell.
